RN - Registered Nurse - Surgical Intensive Care Unit - Multiple Shifts

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans, recording and communicating patient conditions to the Central Monitoring Unit. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated care, noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Deliver continuous cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring to post-operative and critically ill surgical patients in a team-oriented environment.
