RN - Registered Nurse - Surgical Intensive Care Unit - Multiple Shifts

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols for post-operative and critically ill surgical patients in the 14-bed SICU. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care, noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, supported by the Central Monitoring Unit for continuous cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring.
