RN - Registered Nurse - Surgical Intensive Care Unit - Multiple Shifts

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols for post-operative and critically ill surgical patients in the 14-bed SICU. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care, including continuous cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring supported by the Central Monitoring Unit. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders as appropriate. Full-time days, 3 12-hour shifts (7:00 am - 7:00 pm).
