RN - Registered Nurse - Surgical Intensive Care Unit - Multiple Shifts

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols for post-operative and critically ill surgical patients on the 14-bed SICU. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate within a team-oriented environment supported by the Central Monitoring Unit.
