Job Summary
Supervise and support nursing staff in providing daily care, assessments, and documentation while monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes to physicians and families. Ensure proper charting, medication administration procedures, and compliance with regulatory standards. Provide leadership and problem-solving support for any clinical or staffing issues, promoting teamwork and resident satisfaction across the weekend shift. Requires an active Ohio RN license, nursing degree, CPR certification, and minimum one year of RN experience with long-term care preferred. Work 8-hour weekend shifts (7a-3p or 7a-7p) at Harrison Pavilion Rehabilitation & Nursing Care.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Ohio RN license
- Nursing degree from an accredited program
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum one year of RN experience
- Long-term care experience
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to manage priorities

- Availability for 8 hour shifts
- Availability for weekend shifts
