RN (Registered Nurse) Supervisor Per Diem

Oversee and coordinate nursing operations during the assigned shift, assigning, directing, and prioritizing work for nursing staff, charge nurses, and CNAs. Monitor resident care to respond promptly to condition changes, assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and emergencies, and communicate with providers, families, and leadership. Address staffing, performance, and policy-compliance concerns while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to federal, state, and facility standards. Maintain compliance with quality assurance, infection prevention, and survey readiness protocols.
