Job Summary
Supervise a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs on the Night Shift to ensure high-quality patient care while conducting regular rounds to assess conditions and guide staff. Develop individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team, monitor and report patient progress, and maintain accurate records of treatment plans. Collaborate with therapy, social work, and dietary departments to ensure seamless care, provide education on clinical standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Participate in on-call rotation to support the Night Shift team as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in the State of New York
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
- Strong leadership and supervision skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of current clinical practices and standards
