Job Summary
RN Registered Nurse Supervisor for 7pm-7am weekend shifts at Apple Rehab Saybrook. Supervises nursing services for residents, plans and coordinates care, ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, directs charge nurses, collaborates with the Nursing Director to strategize operations and emergency support, coordinates activities with medical staff and care plans, and ensures adequate relief staff with no on-call responsibility. 24 hours per weekend with a $60/hour total (base $52/hour plus $8 weekend differential); option to take additional weekday shifts at base rate. Every 8th weekend off provides a built-in two-week vacation. Requires current state RN license and previous supervisory experience; long-term care experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current state RN license in good standing
- Registered Nurse with supervisory experience
- Ability to plan, supervise and execute nursing services for residents
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and guidelines
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Team collaboration and communication skills
- Long term care experience preferred
