Job Summary
RN Registered Nurse Supervisor leading weekend nursing coverage (Saturday-Sunday 7am-7pm; 32 hours weekly) at Apple Rehab Farmington Valley in Plainville, CT. Responsibilities include planning and supervising nursing services, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with the Nursing Director, directing charge nurses, adjusting care plans with medical staff, and ensuring appropriate relief staffing. Requires an active RN license in good standing and prior supervisory experience; long-term care experience preferred. Base rate $52/hour with an $8 weekend differential for a total of $60/hour, with potential weekday shifts at base rate. No on-call responsibilities and a built-in every-8th-weekend vacation.
