Job Summary
RN Registered Nurse Supervisor responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing nursing services for residents while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Supervises day-to-day nursing activities, coordinates with the Nursing Director on operations and emergency support, directs charge nurses, and adjusts care plans with medical staff. Requires on-call weekend availability approximately every 4 weeks and weekend shifts for per diem staff; offers differential pay for outside-hours shifts. Must hold a current state RN license and be a Registered Nurse in good standing; long term care experience is preferred.
