RN - Registered Nurse

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, IV therapy, and other medical procedures following infection control guidelines. Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care techniques. Maintain accurate patient records ensuring compliance with legal and institutional standards. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure patient well-being. Monitor vital signs, identify risks, and respond to emergencies. Adhere to regulatory standards including HIPAA, OSHA, and hospital policies. Stay current with nursing practices through ongoing training. Requires current RN license, BSN preferred, and CPR/BLS certification.
