Job Summary
Assess patient needs and modify care plans based on responses, while monitoring vital signs and recording symptoms. Administer nursing care and medications, prepare patients for examinations, and educate families on disease prevention. Direct less skilled personnel and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safety and quality outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC and adhere to ANA standards. Requires one year of direct patient care experience and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. Night shifts on a 20-bed unit with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio.
Required Qualifications
- RN-Registered Nurse - DORA - Department of Regulatory Agencies
- BLS-Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) - AHA - American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support - AHA - American Heart Association
- PALS- Pediatric Advanced Life Support – AHA – American Heart Association
- Associate's Degree
- One year experience in a direct patient care setting
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Shift Nights (United States of America)
- Work Type Regular (0.9 FTE)
- Salary $36.00 - $57.77 / hr
