Required Qualifications

• •Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
• •Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
• •Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• •Must be available for weekend shifts
• •Must be available for holiday shifts
• •Must be available for rotating shifts
• •Must be available for night shifts
• •Must be available for 12-hour shifts
• •Must be available for part-time work
• •Must be able to work in a Christian environment
• •Must be able to work in a not-for-profit organization
• •Must be able to work in a senior housing and services facility
• •Must be able to work in Bloomfield, NE
• •Must be able to work at 300 N 2nd St, Bloomfield, NE 68718, USA
• •Must be able to work from 6pm to 6:30am
• •Must be able to work 24 hours per week
• •Must be able to work $32.00 - $48.00 per hour
• •Must be able to work with a $10,000 Sign On Bonus
• •Must be able to work in a Drug Free Workplace
• •Must be able to pass a drug screen
• •Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening
• •Must be able to serve as charge nurse
• •Must be able to delegate appropriate tasks to license and unlicensed assistive personnel
• •Must be able to utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation)
• •Must be able to provide individualized nursing care to residents
• •Must be able to collaborate with resident and family
• •Must be able to collaborate with other inter-disciplinary colleagues
• •Must be able to plan, implement and evaluate care
• •Must be able to demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge
• •Must be able to utilize appropriate age and population specific standards
• •Must be able to care for residents in all phases of preventative care
• •Must be able to care for residents in health maintenance
• •Must be able to care for residents in diagnosis
• •Must be able to care for residents in treatment
• •Must be able to coordinate care
• •Must be able to perform resident assessment
• •Must be able to perform resident education
• •Must be able to perform various other nursing interventions
• •Must be able to function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act
• •Must be able to function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in Administrative Rules in state of practice and licensure
• •Must be able to recognize the Scope and Standards of Practice
• •Must be able to recognize the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements
• •Must be able to recognize the foundation of nursing care delivery and professional conduct
• •Must be able to work in a Christian environment
• •Must be able to work in a not-for-profit organization

Desired Qualifications

• •Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA)
• •Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
