Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN role at Sanford Health in St James, MN. Provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process, collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Cares for residents across preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Must maintain competencies and certifications; RN license in the applicable state required; BSN preferred; may utilize multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
