Job Summary
RN (Registered Nurse) PRN on Oncology MedSurg unit. Provides patient-centered nursing care across the Nursing Process, collaborates with interdisciplinary team, mentors/peers, participates in performance improvement, and ensures regulatory compliance. Requires 2+ years in the specified area, computer/data entry experience, Epic and 3M experience preferred; unit supports inpatient cancer care with telemetry; responsibilities include assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation, with emphasis on evidence-based practice, teamwork, documentation, and ongoing professional development. Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc.) required upon hire; licensure in applicable state (RN/Compact). Day shift; Martinez, GA location. PRN schedule involving 3 shifts every 28 days with weekends/holidays as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years current experience in specified area of practice
- Computer/data entry experience
- Epic experience
- 3M experience
- All certifications required upon hire (BLS, ACLS, etc.)
- RN license in state or multi-state compact (as applicable)
- Nursing education: Associates or Diploma or Bachelors (preferred)
