Job Summary
RN (Registered Nurse) PRN in MedSurg Oncology unit (28-bed) at WellStar; Day shift; requires 2+ years in the specialty, Epic and 3M experience preferred. Responsibilities include performing the nursing process, providing relationship-based patient-centered care, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring accurate documentation, promoting evidence-based practice, supporting performance improvement initiatives, serving as a preceptor, and adhering to safety and policy standards. Must hold RN license (single-state or compact) and current BLS; ACLS certifications required or as specified. Location: Grovetown, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- RN license (Single State) or RN-Compact
- BLS
- ACLS
- Epic experience
- 3M experience
- Minimum 2 years current experience in specified area of practice
- Computer/data entry experience
