Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols for post-operative bariatric patients. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders as appropriate. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to maintain accurate documentation. Full-time day and night shifts available with multiple schedule options.
