Job Summary
Provide direct patient care including assessments, medications, treatments, and procedures. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team while monitoring patient progress and adjusting protocols as needed. Educate patients and families on care options and communicate effectively with colleagues. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records. Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York
