RN Registered Nurse Per Diem

Provide direct patient care including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as ordered by the physician. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team while assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient progress. Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and aides to ensure seamless care and participate in quality improvement initiatives and educational programs. Work with a diverse population across short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and hospice services within a supportive environment offering ongoing training.
