Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, perform patient assessments, triage, and coordinate care plans for ICU patients. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate treatment across the continuum of care, including preventative measures, diagnosis, and follow-up. Maintain competency within the full scope of nursing practice and adhere to state licensure standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. This rotating night shift role requires at least six months of travel experience and an unencumbered RN license. Contracts are 14 weeks with the option to extend or move to other Sanford sites, with stipends included in weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- At least six months of travel experience
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
