RN, Registered Nurse, Per Diem, Night Shift - ICU, Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients in the ICU, utilizing the full nursing process to manage all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to coordinate care, perform patient education, triage, and various nursing interventions while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and state licensure standards. Requires at least six months of travel experience, an unencumbered RN license, and a Bachelor's degree preferred. Contracts are 14 weeks with weekly pay including stipend, and the shift involves rotating hours at Chamberlain Medical Center.
Required Qualifications
- At least six months of travel experience
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Sanford has a Drug Free Workplace Policy
