RN, Registered Nurse, Per Diem, Night Shift - ICU, Intensive Care Unit

Job Summary
Conduct individualized nursing care for patients in the ICU using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and coordinate care across the continuum of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Perform patient triage, education, and various nursing interventions while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act, state licensure standards, and American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Maintain unencumbered RN licensure with at least six months of travel experience. Work rotating night shifts at Chamberlain Medical Center with 14-week contracts.
Required Qualifications
- At least six months of travel experience
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Sanford has a Drug Free Workplace Policy
