Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients in the ICU, utilizing the full nursing process and collaborating with physicians to coordinate care across the continuum. Manage patient triage, education, and various interventions while maintaining competency within the scope of nursing practice and state licensure standards. Requires six months of travel experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and an unencumbered RN license. Contracts are 14 weeks with weekly pay including stipend, and rotating night shifts are available at Chamberlain Medical Center.
Required Qualifications
- At least six months of travel experience
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
