RN, Registered Nurse, Per Diem, Night Shift - ICU, Intensive Care Unit

Per diem night-shift RN in the ICU at Encompass Health, responsible for supervising care, leading patient assessments, tailoring care plans, and addressing patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed. Build relationships with patients and families, support staff, and serve as a resource for complex patient needs and inquiries. Qualifications include valid RN licensure per state regulations; CPR certification (ACLS preferred); CRRN certification preferred; and one year of rehab-hospital experience preferred.
