Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans to address individual needs and facilitate recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families while collaborating with various departments to ensure coordinated care. Serve as a resource for fellow staff regarding complex patient inquiries. This per diem night shift role is available at Encompass Health, a national inpatient rehabilitation leader, with a preference for candidates holding a valid RN license, ACLS certification, and one year of experience in a rehabilitation setting.
