RN- Registered Nurse Per Diem- Advanced Acute Care Orthopedic Trauma Unit

Complete assessments, coordinate care plans, and provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies on the Advanced Acute Care Orthopedic Trauma Unit. Formulate discharge planning and patient education with the interdisciplinary team while evaluating nursing interventions and troubleshooting equipment issues. Collaborate with physicians to resolve patient needs and participate in unit-based decision-making for evidence-based practice and quality safety metrics. Work per diem with rotation shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends, to support the continuum of care for patients and families.
