RN - Registered Nurse - Pediatrics

Job Summary
Lead and implement individualized care plans for medically fragile, technology-dependent children while performing comprehensive nursing assessments and administering advanced therapies like IV therapy and TPN. Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families to ensure safe, developmentally appropriate care. Supervise and mentor LPNs and Nurse Technicians, support emergency response and clinical safety, and maintain regulatory compliance and quality standards. Work 12-hour shifts (7:00am-7:30pm or 7:00pm-7:30am) in a high-acuity, mission-centered environment focused on long-term relationships and compassionate pediatric specialty care.
Required Qualifications
- Credentials as a Registered Nurse with a current state license (PA - Pennsylvania) in good standing for the state in which work is performed
- Valid, current BLS/CPR and First Aid certification
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Meets the qualifications of a Child Care Supervisor as described in 55 Pa. Code Chapter 3800
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level
