Job Summary
Lead and implement individualized care plans for medically fragile, technology-dependent children while performing comprehensive nursing assessments. Administer medications and advanced therapies, including IV therapy and TPN, and monitor for changes in condition. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families to guide care planning and advocate for patients. Supervise and mentor LPNs and Nurse Technicians as a clinical authority in a high-acuity environment. Support emergency response and ensure regulatory compliance. Night shift opportunities are the highest priority; day shifts are available. Current state license, BLS/CPR, and First Aid certification required.
Required Qualifications
- Credentials as a Registered Nurse with a current state license (PA - Pennsylvania) in good standing for the state in which work is performed
- Valid, current BLS/CPR and First Aid certification
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Meets the qualifications of a Child Care Supervisor as described in 55 Pa. Code Chapter 3800
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level
