Job Summary
Provide focused, one-on-one pediatric nursing in home health settings with autonomy and continuity of care. Deliver skilled nursing to high-acuity pediatric patients in the home, guided by physician orders and CDC-aligned safety practices. Participate in training and competency development; collaborate with on-call clinical support; utilize PPE; perform care plans and use clinical judgment to manage G-tube/trach/vent if trained; schedule shifts and coordinate with families.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Colorado RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (in-person)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willingness to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
