Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health care for patients with high acuity needs, focusing fully on the child and family while applying clinical judgment in a calm, controlled environment. Manage clear care plans and physician orders with 24/7 clinical support available whenever needed. Maintain strict safety protocols using provided PPE aligned with CDC guidelines and complete required training, including G-tube, trach, or vent experience or willingness to train, alongside Alzheimer's certification. Submit weekly pay and direct deposit with flexible scheduling and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
Desired Qualifications
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
