Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, focusing fully on the child and their family while exercising clinical judgment. Deliver skilled nursing in a calm, controlled environment with consistent relationships built between the nurse, patient, and family. Utilize clear care plans and physician orders supported by 24/7 clinical assistance and respiratory therapist mentorship. Maintain CDC-aligned safety protocols with provided PPE and complete required training, including G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willingness to train, alongside Alzheimer's certification. Earn $28.00 - $35.00 per hour with weekly pay, PTO, and flexible scheduling for active Florida RNs.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)

- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
