Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one nursing care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, focusing fully on the child and family without juggling multiple patients or constant interruptions. Deliver skilled nursing using clinical judgment with confidence, supported by 24/7 clinical resources and respiratory therapists for mentorship. Maintain clear care plans and physician orders while adhering to CDC safety guidelines with full PPE provided at every site. Requires current active Florida RN license, BLS CPR certification, and experience with G-tubes, trach, or vents, or willingness to train. Includes weekly pay, PTO, and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
Desired Qualifications
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
