Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one nursing care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, focusing fully on the child and family while applying clinical judgment. Manage care plans and physician orders with support from respiratory therapists and a 24/7 clinical team. Maintain CDC-aligned safety protocols using provided PPE. Requires a valid New Jersey RN license, physical within three years, BLS CPR card, and driver's license. G-tube, trach, or vent experience preferred. Weekly pay, PTO, and flexible scheduling available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
- Physical from within three years
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
