Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing care for patients with high acuity needs, focusing fully on the child and family without juggling multiple patients or constant interruptions. Deliver skilled nursing in a calm, controlled environment while building consistent relationships, supported by 24/7 clinical assistance, respiratory therapists for mentorship, and clear physician orders. Maintain current Texas RN licensure, BLS CPR certification, and experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care. Required Qualifications
