Job Summary
Care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs, specifically those requiring tracheostomy, ventilator, or G-tube support, in a dedicated one-on-one home health setting. Manage clear care plans and physician orders while maintaining consistent relationships with the child and family. Utilize clinical judgment with confidence in a calm environment, backed by 24/7 clinical support and respiratory therapist mentorship. This role offers paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan. Valid New Jersey RN license and recent physical are required.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- New Jersey Substitute Nursing Certification
- Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
- Physical from within three years
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
