Job Summary
Conduct one-to-one nursing care for a high-acuity pediatric patient in a home environment, managing tracheostomy, ventilation, and g-tube treatments per physician orders. Administer medications and perform suctioning while documenting dosages and assessments in the Point of Care platform. Coordinate daily routines including breakfast, sponge baths, and medication delivery, then finalize electronic records before relieving the client. Requires current Texas RN license, BLS CPR card, and experience with trach/vent/g-tube care. Eligible candidates receive a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500 based on billable hours.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Texas RN or LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB test results or a chest x-ray
- Alzheimer's training
