Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition as appropriate. Full-time days (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) and nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) shifts available, including weekend-only days. Requires current Alabama RN licensure and BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
