Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols for ortho/neuro post-surgical patients. Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Maintain current licensure as an Alabama Registered Nurse and obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Full-time availability includes day and night shifts, with up to $20,000 bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Professional licensure at time of hire
