Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Implement and monitor patient care plans while noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care and assess discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate. Full-time days and nights shifts available with weekend-only options. Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Professional licensure at time of hire
