Job Summary
Assess, derive nursing diagnoses, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using a holistic approach. Prepare patients and significant others for optimal health levels and discharge. Communicate patient needs to the multi-disciplinary Health Care Team. Maintain continuous professional development through seminars and CEUs. Requires valid Indiana RN license, BLS certification, and accredited nursing degree. BSN preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA)
- BLS certification
- Ability to communicate the needs of the patient/significant others to all disciplines involved in the patient's hospitalization
