RN (Registered Nurse) Operating Room- General Surgery

Perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to ensure safe, high-quality patient care in the Cobb Hospital Operating Room for general surgery. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication, complete timely documentation, and partner with patients and families to set care goals. Lead performance improvement initiatives, participate in shared governance, and mentor staff while upholding evidence-based practice and organizational policies. Maintain BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications and hold at least five years of direct patient care experience.
