RN, Registered Nurse Operating Room: FT 7a-7:30p

Implement the nursing process with patients by carrying out physician orders regarding diet, medication, and treatment in accordance with Firelands standards of care. Perform assessments, monitor quality care through observation and evaluation, and document nursing interventions on care plans and medical records. Instruct patients, staff, and family members regarding treatments and nursing plans directed toward safe discharge. Respond to emergencies, maintain availability of medications and supplies, and ensure cleanliness of equipment and environment. Requires a current Ohio RN license, CPR prior to patient care experience, and ACLS and Basic EKG. Full-time 7am-7:30pm schedule with call rotation involving 30-minute response time.
