RN Registered Nurse Oncology Clinic

Provide comprehensive nursing care in an oncology clinic setting. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors; develop and implement individualized care plans; administer medications and treatments safely; educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care; collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes; maintain accurate documentation; ensure infection control and safety standards; provide emotional support and therapeutic communication to patients and families; supervise and delegate care within the healthcare team; participate in ongoing professional development and performance-improvement activities; respond promptly to code situations and strive to improve care quality.
