Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and accurate documentation. Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants/STNAs while monitoring resident conditions and promptly notifying physicians of changes. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans from admission through discharge. Maintain a positive, respectful environment and ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements. Full-time or part-time night shift (7p-7a) with up to $46/hour and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Ohio RN (Registered Nurse) license or multi-state license
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program or college/university
- Current CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices, as well as state, federal, and regulatory requirements related to long-term care
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and sound clinical judgment
- Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, residents, and families
- Strong organization, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality resident care
