Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation. Supervise Nursing Assistants/STNAs, monitor residents for changes, and promptly notify the physician and care team. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans, promote a resident-focused environment, and ensure regulatory compliance. This RN role supports night shift (7p-7a) on a full-time or part-time basis, with competitive wages and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Ohio RN license or multi-state license
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR certification
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
