Job Summary
Utilizes the nursing process to identify and achieve patient goals through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Assesses physical, psychosocial, and environmental factors affecting patient health to develop comprehensive care plans aimed at achieving desired outcomes. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient health and well-being, while teaching patients and caregivers about health care and disease management tailored to their needs.
Required Qualifications
- Unencumbered current Registered Nurse license
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a RN / professional nurse
