RN - Registered Nurse - NEW Advanced Acute Care Unit

Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the new Advanced Acute Care Unit. Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies while addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Formulate and coordinate plans of care with the interdisciplinary team, manage assignments based on patient acuity, and collaborate with physicians to resolve patient needs. Participate in unit-based decision-making, quality and safety education programs, and initiatives supporting the Magnet mission. Work nights from 7pm to 7:30am, every other weekend and holiday, with a minimum hiring rate of $40.55 and up to $7 shift differentials.
