Job Summary
Plan and coordinate patient care, assessment, education, triage, and nursing interventions for neurotrauma patients. Collaborate with physicians and colleagues to implement and evaluate care across the continuum, including preventive services, diagnosis, and follow-up. Demonstrate comprehensive nursing expertise and adapt to a fast-paced environment by working closely with nursing leaders to advance organizational goals. Shifts are 8-hour night rotations with 36 weekly hours. Sanford Health offers a $40,000 sign-on bonus and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Must be available for night shifts
- Full time employment
- Drug screen and pre-employment background screening as a condition of employment
