RN - Registered Nurse - Neuro/Trauma - FT Days

Plan and coordinate patient care, assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions in the Neuro/Trauma unit. Collaborate with colleagues and physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate care while empathetically supporting patients through preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Demonstrate comprehensive nursing expertise and competency throughout all stages of the continuum of care. This role requires a positive, compassionate, and adaptable RN with strong time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be willing to work closely with nursing leaders to advance the organization. The position offers a 12-hour day shift with a starting rate between $35.00 and $48.00 per hour, including a $25,000 sign-on bonus contingent on a two-year commitment.
