RN Registered Nurse Neuro ICU Full Time Nights

Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and monitor progress while serving as a patient and family advocate in the Neuro ICU. Coordinate care, delegate appropriately, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams as a preceptor, charge nurse, or unit educator. Maintain accurate patient records, adhere to hospital policies and safety guidelines, and ensure efficient use of supplies. Participate in committees, peer review, and performance improvement initiatives to apply evidence-based practice. Engage in professional development, attend trainings, and mentor staff and students. This full-time night shift role at Baptist Health Princeton Hospital requires a current State of Alabama RN license and BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
